We are proudly certified by HomeKosher.org, a trusted kosher certification agency dedicated to home-based and artisan food businesses, a program of the JSOR of the Jersey Shore. Our certification covers our full product line, including our challahs, biscotti, and gourmet desserts.

🌾 Kemach Yashan — קמח ישן

Our breads and desserts are made exclusively with Kemach Yashan (ישן קמח) — "old grain" flour that has passed the Jewish calendar's Passover season, meeting the stringent halachic standard observed by many in the Ashkenazic community. This applies to all of our:

• Challah breads
• Biscotti
• Gourmet desserts

🔵 Yashan — ישן

The Yashan designation means our grain-based products use flour milled from wheat harvested before Passover of the prior year — a chumra (stringency) important to many observant families. We are proud to offer this standard so that more of our community can enjoy our baked goods.
